Seahorse Marine & Energy JSC organized the training course "The oil and gas industry and new trends in the energy sector"

With the orientation of improving qualifications and updating professional information and knowledge for employees, recently, in Dong Xuyen Industrial Park (Vung Tau City), Seahorse Marine & Energy JSC has successfully organized a training course "Oil and gas industry and new trends in the energy sector". The course was taught by Mr. Le Hong Lam - Master of Geophysics, Master of Business Administration and Ms. Nguyen Thu Huong - Expert in Bidding Trade.

At the course, lecturers provided, systematized and updated information and knowledge about the oil and gas industry, including all three fields (upstream, midstream, downstream), both domestically and internationally, especially emphasizing the link between the value chain of the industry and the services provided by Hai Ma Maritime and Energy Joint Stock Company. At the same time, the lecturers also shared knowledge and practical experience on commercial bidding in the Oil and Gas industry to increase operational efficiency, follow the workflow, automate tasks, save time and costs while still meeting requirements and bringing satisfaction to users.

The latest contents exchanged by lecturers with students in the course include: New trends in the energy field such as wind and solar power, the adaptability and competitiveness of Hai Ma Company to meet the requirements in this trend; New points, amendments/supplements of the Law on Petroleum in 2022 have just been approved by the National Assembly and Decree 45 guiding the implementation; The influence of AI in the trend of digital transformation on jobs in the Oil and Gas industry... have attracted attention, attention and excitement from the students.

In the process of teaching and exchange, the lecturer also encouraged the trainees to interact, ask questions and practical situations at work, actively learn to share with the difficulties and hardships of oil and gas service workers - one of the five core fields of Vietnam's oil and gas industry so far. Lecturers and trainees exchanged and shared useful experiences, as well as discussed problems and existed to have a reasonable orientation in the practical work being implemented.
