Lead Engineer Levels (20+ Years Experience):

1. Lead Process Engineer (Process Units)
2. Lead Process Engineer (Utility/ Offsite Units)
3. Lead C&I Engineer
4. Lead Piping Engineer
5. Lead Mechanical Engineer
6. Lead Electrical Engineer
7. Lead Civil Engineer
8. Lead Structure Engineer

Engineer Levels (10+ Years Experience): 9. Project QA/QC Engineer 10. HSE Engineer 11. Civil / Structure Engineers 12. Mechanical / Piping Engineers 13. Electrical / C&I Engineers

🛠 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

For Lead Engineer Level:

• Experience: Minimum 20 years in the Refining/Petrochemical industry.
• Local Expertise: Proven track record with at least 02 projects in Vietnam (EPC/PMC/FEED/O&M).
• Leadership: Must have held a similar Lead position in at least 02 comparable projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering field.

For Engineer Level:

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in the Refining/Petrochemical industry.
• Project Track Record: Involved in at least 02 PMC/EPC projects within the sector.
• Role Consistency: At least 02 projects in a similar position.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering field.

Certifications (Required for all):

• Vietnamese Consultants: Valid License/Practice Certificates.
• Expatriate Consultants: Relevant Practicing Certificates as per industry standards.
