JOB OPENING – CONTRACT SPECIALIST

📍 Location: Vung Tau, Vietnam

Seahorse Marine & Energy JSC is seeking a Contract Specialist to join our Commercial Department, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while ensuring effective risk control, legal compliance, and commercial viability for offshore and energy projects.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Review ITBs and prepare contractual exceptions in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Draft and negotiate Charter Parties and Service Contracts based on LOGIC / BIMCO standards.
• Identify and manage contractual risks (force majeure, liability caps, termination, insurance alignment).
• Handle claims and disputes; liaise with external legal counsel when required.
• Support contract execution and provide commercial support throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Law, Maritime Law, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in offshore, geo-survey, or offshore support vessel contracts.
• Strong knowledge of LOGIC / BIMCO contract frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good command of English, written and spoken
