JOB OPENING – MARINE HSE & OPERATIONS OFFICER SEAHORSE MARINE & ENERGY JSC

Seahorse is seeking a HSE Officer to support vessel operations and the company’s HSE system. Key responsibilities include:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to: QHSE Manager

• Implement and monitor HSE programs under the company’s QMS.
• Conduct internal HSE training & regular safety inspections (office & onboard).
• Support development of procedures, SOPs & forms per ISO/ISM requirements.
• Maintain HSE records, KPI tracking & compliance reporting.
• Participate in incident/accident investigations & propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with departments & support internal/external audits.

🔹 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 🎓 Degree in Occupational Safety, Environment, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of HSE experience (offshore/marine experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 is a strong plus.
• Detail-oriented, responsible & good reporting skills.
• Good English communication.
• Ex-2/O or Ex-C/O with strong HSE background is highly preferred..
• Note "Vietnamese candidates are preferred."
