Seahorse is seeking a Marine HSE & Operations Officer to support vessel operations and the company’s HSE system. Key responsibilities include:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to: Vessel Manager

• Supporting vessel operations and maritime safety management.
• Ensuring compliance with ISM, ISPS, and company safety standards.
• Monitoring & implementing HSE programs onboard.
• Preparing documentation, checklists, mobilization plans, and operational requirements.
• Participating in incident & near-miss investigations and proposing corrective actions.
• Coordinating with crew, port authorities, class societies, and stakeholders.
• Preparing & responding to tender documents for vessel supply bids (technical, HSE, vessel capability documents).

🔹 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 🎓 Degree in Maritime Studies, Safety, or related fields.
• 💼 3–5 years experience in HSE or vessel/offshore operations (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good English proficiency for communication and technical documentation.
  Willingness to travel or work offshore when required.
• Note "Vietnamese candidates are preferred."
