JOB OPENING – QHSSE MANAGER

SEAHORSE MARINE & ENERGY JSC

📍 Location: Vung Tau, Vietnam

Seahorse Marine & Energy JSC is seeking an experienced QHSSE Manager to lead, implement, and continuously improve the Integrated Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (QHSSE) Management System across our offshore, vessel management, and survey operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Integrated QHSSE Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISM Code).
• Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese regulations and international QHSSE standards.
• Manage audits, certifications, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture and deliver QHSSE training across the organization.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 10–15 years of QHSSE experience, including 5–7 years in a managerial role within offshore/maritime/oil & gas environments.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor, ISM/DPA certifications are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of vessel operations and offshore projects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
