JOB OPENING – TENDER ENGINEER

📍 Location: Vung Tau, Vietnam

Seahorse Marine & Energy JSC is looking for a Tender Engineer to support tendering and bidding activities, covering both technical and commercial proposals for onshore and offshore projects.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze tender documents and client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Contract, Finance, Marine, QHSE) to prepare bids.
• Develop technical proposals, methodologies, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Prepare and submit complete technical & commercial tender documents on time.
• Support post-tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract finalization.

🎯 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geological, Geotechnical, Geophysical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in geotechnical or geophysical engineering (onshore/offshore).
• Strong analytical, coordination, and proposal preparation skills.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
