Position: CONTRACT SPECIALIST

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review and assess legal and commercial terms and conditions in tender documents (RFP/ITT), service contracts, and agreements with clients and suppliers.
• Participate in contract negotiation, drafting, and revision processes with clients and partners.
• Monitor contract execution and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timelines.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the proper execution of contractual obligations.
• Perform other commercial and legal-related tasks as assigned by management.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Business, Foreign Trade, or other related fields in legal or international commerce.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within offshore service such as Geotechnical survey, Supply support vessel operations, or offshore oil & gas and wind farm projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, especially those related to offshore services.
• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Good communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in work.

III. WORKING HOURS & LOCATION

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00 (lunch break from 12:00 – 13:30)
• Work location: Dong Xuyen Industrial Park, Rach Dua Ward, Vung Tau City
