🚨 WE ARE HIRING | QHSE Officer

SEAHORSE Marine and Energy JSC is looking for a QHSE Officer to join our growing offshore and marine operations team.

This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO, ISM, and ISPS standards across both onshore and vessel operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve IMS in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISM & ISPS

• Support internal/external audits and monitor corrective actions

• Manage QHSSE documentation and document control processes

• Support risk assessments, incident reporting, and corrective actions

• Coordinate QHSSE trainings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills

• Liaise with clients, authorities, and third-party auditors on QHSSE matters

🔹 Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in HSE, OHS, Engineering, or related fields

• 3–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in offshore/marine/energy sectors

• Experience with ISO systems and document control management

• Good English writing and reporting skills

• ISO Internal/Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
