📍 Role Description

We are seeking a Contract Specialist to join our team in Vung Tau city. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for:

• Contract negotiation, administration, and management
• Ensuring compliance and mitigating risks
• Collaborating with internal teams to align contracts with business objectives
• Maintaining accurate contract records and documentation

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and manage contractual agreements with clients, vendors, and partners
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all contract-related matters
• Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or disputes
• Collaborate with internal teams to align contracts with business objectives
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all contracts

🎯 Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and management
• In-depth understanding of contract law and legal terminology
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
