Industry Background & Corporate Foundation
The broader industry background associated with today’s Seahorse reaches back to the early development of Vietnam’s offshore-services sector in the 1990s. Its corporate foundation is more specifically traced to Seahorse Services Joint Stock Company, established in 2006 under former ownership, with activities in ROV, subsea, and specialist offshore services. In 2020, Seahorse Marine and Energy JSC entered a new chapter under its current ownership and leadership, continuing the operating platform of its predecessor while establishing a renewed direction for growth. The company broadened its scope and adopted a more integrated, project-focused model to respond to the changing needs of the marine, offshore, and energy markets.
